Kicked it up a notch this morning.  Had hoped to get in the pool, but the pool had lots of seasoned citizens doing water aerobics.  Probably should have joined them.....if I could keep up.

Had a productive morning and looking forward to going to work today.  It's going to be a good day....it's going to be a good day.........repeat until you believe it.......
