Had a nice long walk on the treadmill yesterday and again today.  Today my goal was 4 miles. 
Then did a little lifting for about 20 minutes.  Slowly getting stronger.  Worked on the bike some and got some new water bottle cages for it.  Ready for some warmer temps so I can begin riding again.  Still too far out of shape to do any serious swimming.  But looking forward to swimming more in the weeks/months ahead.
